As the CEO of EMX, Michael Zacharski leads the overall vision, strategy, culture, and development of the company. With his leadership, EMX solves complex challenges and drives measurable business results for agencies, advertisers and publishers by providing solutions across full service and programmatic practice areas. As a strategic executive, his focus is on driving bottom line results through growth acceleration and innovation. His experience includes business operations, technology development, product and solution go-to-market strategy, as well as mergers, acquisitions and restructuring across global businesses of varying sizes and stages. Most recently, Michael held the role of CEO of bRealTime, where he led the development of the company's automated global exchange for both demand and supply side partners. Previously, Michael served as COO of Digital Remedy (formerly CPXi), a global digital media company.

Brian Weigel

EVP, Chief Operating Officer

Brian Weigel is the EVP and COO of EMX. Brian oversees operations with the key goal of ensuring its partners receive the highest levels of service and success across EMX’s suite of solutions for agencies, advertisers, and publishers. In his role, he oversees all facets of operations, marketplace development, product execution, and overall strategy both domestically and on a global level. In his previous role, Brian served as General Manager of bRealTime, where he led and launched one of the largest global ad marketplaces. Under his leadership, bRealTime was one of the first programmatic platforms to launch header bidding monetization solutions, which catapulted the growth of the company and its partners alike. Prior to that, Brian was instrumental in building Digital Remedy’s (formally CPXi) Publishing division.
